1 to 2 26a arable land in the town fields of Ruyton of which 8a lies in Middle field, 8a in Gryndell field and Depedale field and 10a in Gosewall field and 1 parcel of land and wood called Depedale lying between the fields of Ryton and the field of Beckbury and extending from Ryton Pole to the Horeston, and 1 parcel of land and wood in Gosewall field called Birchinhill between the land of 2 and the land of 1, and 1parcel of land and wood called Gosewallhill between the meadow of the parson on one side and the land of the parson on the other and extending from a fountain called Gosewall to Adam's Ford, 1 parcel of land and wood in Gosewall field between Acheley Close and the town fields and extending from the Worfe Brook to the highway leading to the church at Ryton...., 1 parcel of land and more lying on the bank of the Worfe between the meadow... and a meadow called Longmeadow and the Bruer and wood of the Middle field called Lampitts extending from Depedale field to the Hethymere gate and the New Meadow ditch, and one parcel of land and Bruere between the Town field and Acheley gound, a meadow called Dolmans meadow, 1 parcel of meadow in a pasture of 2 parcels called the leasowe under the Hill and half a meadow called Wall meadow. 20 oaks to be reserved to 1 to be taken from the above property within the space of the next 12 years.
